Stonegate, a subdivision of Parker, Colorado, is only 7 miles southeast of the Denver Tech Center (DTC) and 20 miles south of Denver. It is only about 30 minutes from the Denver International Airport. The development is close to shopping, restaurants, miles of walking and biking trails and recreation centers of all sizes.

The Stonegate is a 1603 acre master planned community and is located in northern Douglas County twenty miles southeast of Denver. As of 2007 there were over 9,484 residents with a median age of 32.4. The estimated median household income in 2007was $113,855 (it was $101,718 in 2000). The mean prices of all housing units in 2007 was $392,260 and for detached houses, $403,241.
